We had a fabulous trip. Your operation exceeds what the big players do since it is so highly personalized.
We had an amazing time. Surpassed our expectations by a long way.
The trip went without a hitch...and was truly an amazing experience! -- a great graduation present to our son...(and us).....Thanks so much.

We had a wonderful time and will not hesitate to advise friends to use your company if they plan to visit South America.
We are back from one of the most amazing holidays we have ever had. Thanks so much for putting together the itinerary and importantly for the absolute flawless execution of the holiday.

The Geismar family all returned safely last night. The trip was really spectacular. Thanks very much for all you did to arrange everything. Herding 13 people around is no easy task, but everything went off without a hitch, and the scheduling of the activities worked out very well.

We arrived home safe and sound last night. There was mixed feelings about coming home, Owen and I could have gone on and on but poor Bella had had enough (the food poisoning in Rio triggered thatreaction) and Ronny although he would have liked to have gone on wanted to get back into the routine and our lives here in Australia. We have had an extraordinary holiday the places and people we have seen and met will stay with us forever and we are all talking about what we would like to do next in South America. All of this is thanks to your expertise in pulling our very vague ideas together into a workable itinerary. We all loved being out in the outdoors pushing ourselves on hikes, bike rides, kayaking and horse riding. We all have our favourite places and experiences but we all agree the cruise on the Comerant was outstanding. After so much discussion regarding what boat we would go on we made the right decision. Being on a small boat was much more intimate, the food, staff and our guide Fausto Rodriguez were outstanding. We made many friends on the cruise who I am sure we will keep in contact with including the Irish priest, the wild boys from USA and the other fun couples from NY, Tuson, and Australia. Having guides meet us at every airport is truly a luxury in overseas travel which we have never experienced and it certainly made the negotiating of airports and cities so much easier. The knowledge, experience and pure love of the places the guides were representing shone in them all. Although we never did make it to the Explorer in Patagonia (the initial reason we wanted to go to South America in the first place) our experience was not dampened as The Singular stood out to us all as one of the best parts of the trip. The hotel was amazing but the excursions and the guides were fantastic, we are still laughing about the 80's songs we sang in the van.
The trip went very well. My parents were very pleased. I was in particular impressed by how well you and your local agents dealt with the flight cancellations - that whole situation required very little attention from me. You will definitely be the person to call should we want to do a trip and will definitely recommend you to our friends. South America Adventure, Chung Couple
I thought it would be easier to share my thoughts in a note. The trip was really quite good but there were some issues. The itinerary was perfect. The request to have a focus on art, architecture, wine and textiles could not have been better. As a custom tour, I was hoping this would happen and it certainly did. It would be impossible to choose a favorite guide. Each brought their own expertise and personality to the excursion. We spent the most amount of time with Juan. He was very thoughtful, and always went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect. Raul was not really a guide, but made our visits to Lima seamless as he was always organized and helpful. Although I was unable to make the tour with Lily, Jack said her tour was wonderful and she brought her insight of the art and architecture of Cusco to the time they spent together. The guides at Explora we had were great with one exception. The special events as part of this trip really made it memorable. In particular, spending time with Naguib and the textile demonstration in the Sacred Valley. Both experiences were among the highlights of any trip we've taken. Machu Picchu & Easter Island
Our trip to Brazil and Argentina was WONDERFUL and exceeded all expectations (and we had high expectations). Thank you for everything! The flights, the transfers, the accommodations - it all came together so cleanly. Our entire experience was magical. Every place we stayed in was unique and special - we loved them all. While each hotel had extremely kind and helpful staff, the attention we received at Hotel Magnolia was extraordinary. I look forward to returning to South America one day, and when we do, of course we will ask you again to make our arrangements. In addition, I would be happy to forward your name to anyone I know who wants assistance in planning such a trip. Thank you again. Sincerely, Mark Katz Argentina & Brazil
We just got back fom our holiday which was absolutely brilliant. I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with everything. The trip was so well organised with no problems at all. Particularly in Peru a huge effort was made at every stage to make sure that all of our airport transfers went very smoothly. The guides we had were all brilliant. The hotels you suggested were all amazingly good, as was the Amazon boat cruise. The restaurants you booked for us were also all very good. We have done a lot of travelling previously but this was without doubt the best organised and planned trip. Many thanks and congratulations to you for such a great job arranging our trip and also to the different groups you use in South America. We will certainly recommend you to any friends travelling to South America. Kind regards and thanks again, Alex Rodgers Argentina, Machu Picchu & Amazon Cruise

WOW! What a trip. Janet and I had a great time and are very pleased with our "Latin Excursions" experience. During our travels we had several occasions to recommend your company to fellow touris, so maybe someone from that set will eventually contact you. Still in Ecuador and we have just completed the Galapagos tour on the Ocean Spray. I just wanted to thank you for guiding me on this boat --- the crew, the tours, the food, and the guide exceeded our expectations on a daily basis. Veronica the local Quito guide is outstanding. Off to dinner. Alex Zimmer Ocean Spray Galapagos Cruise
The trip exceeded all expectations! Every part of it I thought was the highlight and the next bit couldn't be as good but each part was exceptional. Such a fabulous family holiday. We did so many vared activities and it was quite active but not exhausting with walks, bike rides, horse rides, boating (skiing near Santiago). I would recommend it to anyone (and I have) and i would always suggest that you organise it for them as you did a really amazing job of puling it all together and making it such a success. Everything went so smoothly. I would also get you to book all flights next time too. We would love to come to South America again - I know my husband would like to go to Patagonia and there are so many other places that we would love to go but who knows if and when. So many thanks again for your wonderful service Hannah, you helped make the trip trouble free and stress free. i will send a couple of photos too. The survey is attached. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! The trip was outstanding; all the arrangements were perfect - from the time we were met at the airport in Quito - to the time we were returned to the airport in Guayaquil. All the people you work with provided us with excellent service and guidance. The little "goodies" in our rooms were such a thoughtful touch and we loved our farewell dinner at La Reserva. All our excursions on The Eclipse were top-notch (OK, the food on the boat left something to be desired) and the staff was helpful and the guides/naturalists were caring, knowledgeable and took great care of us. We snorkeled with sea turtles, sharks, sea lions, penguins, cormorants - not to mention schools of fish. The boobies really did have blue feet and the tortoises came out from the bushes to welcome us to their home. It was truly a wonderful adventure we will all remember. Again - we thank you for all the attention to detail, your patience with our many questions and your terrific service. The trip was Great!
Valparaiso was such a neat city. We had a great time wandering the streets finding exquisite graffiti paintings and exploring all the areas and views of the city. The wine tasting was so much fun. Meeting the owner and seeing this history and craft of the winemaking was unlike any before.Alto Atacama was perfect and the excursions were out of this world. We did it all. Trekking through the Moon Valley, mountain biking, salt pond, sandboarding and even enjoyed the spa :). It was such a great trip and a wonderful way to end 2013 and kickoff 2014!!
