“I could finally find Blake DeSimone at Cavas! He told me what we want to listen: the only bad part of the trip is that they have to leave and come back home! They really liked every place they stayed at, and did a special comment about how nice their hosts at El Rocio were.
The soccer game was very exciting and they felt very safe all the time. Cavas is just amazing and they are enjoying the tastings, and really liked the biking tour, although they didn't do any tastings that day.

Day at leisure to explore the city. Later this afternoon you’ll have a private tango lesson with a professional dancer to get ready for an evening of tango. Experience tango’s captivating rhythm in the city where it was born with a live orchestra, dancers and singers at the outstanding Rojo Tango show. The performance covers tango history from the 1920s onward, and features a five-piece orchestra, two singers and four couples; accompanied by gourmet meal, wine and champagne. After, you’ll have the chance to try your new dance moves at milongas in the city to dance tango with locals.

Private cooking lesson at a boutique winery or top restaurant in Mendoza where you’ll get to prepare a main course and dessert, and enjoy a meal with views of the Andes after the lesson. After lunch continue your tour of the Uco Valley visiting Salentein Winery and the Killka Museum art collection (15 minutes from Andeluna). Salentein is a state-of-art winery in the Andes foothills, and also houses the Killka Museum, an exclusive collection of contemporary Argentine art. Follow the visit with a biking tour of the vineyards.

Visit a premium winery in the wine growing area of Luján de Cuyo where you’ll have a private barrel tasting. After the visit transfer to Almacén del Sur, a restaurant known for its gourmet tasting menu that includes a wide variety of Mendocino delicacies paired with the best vintages. Continue to Mendoza capital to explore the city’s beautiful parks and history in the founding of Argentina.

A suggestion for today is to enjoy tastings at Mendel Winery, which is dedicated to producing wines of superior quality. Follow this with a lunch visit to Ruca Malén Winery, a French-owned, small, ultra-modern boutique winery. What makes a tour of Ruca Malén so special, aside from its savory wine and attentive staff, is its delicious gourmet food and beautiful tasting room. The tour and lunch wine tasting, hosted by Chef Lucas Bustos, is a double delight. The combination of the tour guides' knowledge and warmth, the stunning views of the Andes from the second-story tasting terrace, and high quality Argentine wines, make Ruca Malén one of the best wineries to visit.
