Active Adventure in Brazil

This itinerary is perfect for active couples or groups who aren’t into beach time. You’ll travel through some of Brazil’s premier adventure travel destinations, including the Chapada Diamantina National Park, the Pantanal and Bonito; you’ll also have a short time in Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and São Paulo.

In Chapada Diamantina you will have a local host and chauffeured car to travel to the most exciting spots in the area such as the legendary Cachoeira da Fumaça – Brazil’s tallest waterfall – and the Buracão waterfall. Spend two nights in the city of Lençóis and two nights in the village of Xique-Xique do Igatu, where everything is made from stone. The combination of the two towns allows you to fully experience the culture of the Chapada, and gives you bases to access remote places.

Other regions visited include Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and São Paulo where the objective here is just a short glimpse of each of these Brazilian cities.

Fly to Bonito from Campo Grande on a private plane and do a river flotation in the middle of the jungle. In the Pantanal you’ll stay at the Rio Negro, the most well-preserved part of the Pantanal where wildlife is abundant. This itinerary is only a suggestion; we pride ourselves on customizing accommodations, tours, activities and destinations for our clients
