The house sits on a slight knoll and is barely visible from the beach, thanks to the lush vegetation that surrounds the house.

The house is spread around the 30.000 square meter gardens with separate living quarters, dining quarters. Bedrooms and entertainment areas giving a sensation of great spaciousness.

The Master Suite is located in a completely separte building. The complex includes the master bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom with two showers and jacuzzi with views to a private garden and a lounge with PC, television, and treadmill

The dining quarters of the villa include 3 distinct eating areas – a more formal internal dining room that comfortably sits 16 people and two external dining tables – a smaller cozy ambiance with a pizza oven and barbecue and a larger table ideal for moon light dinners. The views from the dining quarters allow a full view of the pool, sun deck and ocean.
