This privately owned villa is characterized by its Bali-style modern architecture and spectacular views overlooking Manuel Antonio’s coastline. Built in 2005, it has a total of 2,000 sq. feet of living space and is located on a hillside overlooking the ocean in the gated resort of Tulemar Gardens. With another 2,000 sq. ft. compring three private suites, the villa is the epitome of luxury. Other amenities include an infinity plunge pool, an open-air screened living room with 25-foot ceilings and a private beach. The kitchen and bar are also open-air and screened. The master bedroom and bath are air-conditioned. The bath has an open-air, waterfall shower. The property is bordered by jungle filled with monkeys, sloths and iguanas. Tulemar Gardens is a secure community, with a restaurant, bar, pool and tropical beach with bar/food service. There is a minimum one-week rental.

From $4,500 per week or $10,000 per week for Christmas and New Year.
