This property rents five villas, each a freestanding structure placed in a wooded garden just above Santa Teresa Beach. Each villa consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room and porch, and is cooled by breezes from the nearby Pacific Ocean. The property’s clubhouse has a bar, comfortable dining area and a pool in front of the beach. A chef is available for guests. The five villas together have a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

Master Suites One and Two have ocean views and are very spacious, with rich furnishings; they also have small refrigerators. Master Suite One has a king-sized bed and sofa bed for one child; Master Suite Two has a king-sized bed and two sofa beds for two children.

Junior Suites One, Two and Three are nestled in the luxurious jungle, with placement to catch ocean breezes. Junior Suite One has a king-sized bed and sofa bed for one child; Junior Suites Two and three have queen-sized beds. The Green House is an air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bath and queen-sized bed. A full service restaurant provides meals exclusively for residents and their guests. The clubhouse serves drinks in a lounge overlooking the swimming pool, with more than 300 feet of secluded beach.

From $2,000 per week per villa.
