We
have invested many years choosing our local partners that
share our vision and philosophy. We do not use traditional
tour guides, but rather specialists in distinguished fields.
For art tours, we could arrange to have a local university
art professor accompany you through the museums. For those
interested in design, you will enjoy private showings of local
designers’ shops. These are just examples to the degree
we go to offer the finest possible service. Be it a private
dinner request in Machu Picchu or a corporate board retreat
in the middle of a stunning vineyard in Mendoza, each experience
will be a memorable one.

Are
there any initial consulting fees? |

Yes.
After learning about your ideal trip and discussing your
options, we will create and send you a summarized outline
of our suggestions to your preferred destination. If you
are interested further in our services, we would then charge
a U$S 250 per passenger fee that would be reimbursed in
the case of booking the trip. We would then create and supply
you with a complete descriptive itinerary and presentation
with many visualizations and photos of the areas you wish
to visit.

are you based? |

Our
corporate office is located in Miami Beach, Florida. With
a full-time staff of 5 people, we are a compact but resourceful
team that guarantees a sustained service 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
In each destination, we work with the finest licensed representatives
and in-country partners, delivering unique customer experiences
that share our philosophy and adhere to the highest standards
of service.

What
would the typical booking process? |

Our
process is as follows:
Customer Familiarization:
We will need to know as much as possible about you and your
travel companions. In order to get to know your preferences,
we will send you a travel familiarization sheet that will
ask you what your interests are, what your expectations
are for this trip, where you have traveled in the last year
and what sort of accommodations you prefer. We appreciate
you filling this out and sending us the information you
consider pertinent in further understanding what your ideal
trip would be.
Conference Call:
We would then schedule a conference call at a time of your
convenience to further learn about you, your travel preferences
and your ideal trip. We will review each aspect of your
preferred trip and give you our suggestions. We pride ourselves
on the personalized services we offer and believe that establishing
a relationship with each one of our clients is vital to
providing a unique and extraordinary trip tailor-made to
your interests.
Outline Itinerary:
Once we have determined your profile and interests, we will
then propose an outline itinerary highlighting the main
points of the trip, confirming availabilities, and securing
tentative reservations.
Detailed Itinerary:
Upon approval of the basic outline of the trip we would
then create a detailed itinerary including:
• Timetable of activities
• Detailed description of services provided
• Pictures of locations
• Description of hotel arrangements
• Specific quote

What
are your booking procedures and payment schedule |

Once
you have decided to book your trip with us, we will request
the first installment to be paid as per our terms and conditions
expressed within the itinerary. Payments can also be made
by wire transfer to our bank account in Florida or by sending
a check by courier to our office.

What
is the price range for your trips? |
|

Our
costs are very competitive, considering that we only use
upscale accommodations (five-star hotels or a small boutique
hotel) and VIP hosting services.
As an example, a typical five-star itinerary in Brazil or
Argentina will have an estimated cost of U$S 350 per person
per day (based on double occupancy). This includes the very
best hotels in each location, VIP hosting services, at least
one guided activity per day, most meals and all transfers.

Do
your prices include airfares? |

No.
We can, however, include airfare if requested. Once we have
determined your party’s needs, our expert travel specialists
will choose the best flights for your itinerary. |

Can
you arrange for extraordinary services such as private charters? |
|

From
Turboprops to Gulfstreams, we work with an array of qualified
aircraft suppliers that comply with international standards
of safety, insurance, maintenance and pilot proficiency.
Most importantly…
Our customers remember us for those subtle details that
moved their souls during the trip—the private dinner
in the middle of the vineyard in Mendoza or that gourmet
lunch at the highly-respected restaurant in Cusco. Since
we have taken the time to get to know you better, we will
be able to offer you some surprises along the trip. Our
local hosts coordinate all of the guides involved in an
itinerary and are responsible for making any necessary changes
along the way. We like to allow a sufficient amount of flexibility
to allow you and your party to make any special requests
and changes to the proposed itinerary. This is how we define
travel service.
