Begin your trip in Panama City, where you’ll explore the majestic Canal, and even kayak along it to a hidden lagoon! Continue to the area around Baru Volcano and Bambito, where you’ll have a chance to hike along the Quetzal Trail, a 10 km trek that’s a paradise for bird watchers, and takes you through various eco-systems. Then, head to Bocas del Toro, where you can explore the myriad cays or just relax on the pristine beaches. End your trip in the jungle outside Panama City, with a visit to a local community en route.
